    This blimp is similar to the one in Arizona shown elsewhere on the site - it’s part of the Tethered drug detection system used to detect slow, low flying planes.

    Actually this is the Tethered Aerostat in Cudjoe Key, FL

    FAT ALBERT they call it, has a RADAR and radio transmitter for anti comunist propoganda to Cuba.
