Uh, Phoenix Arizona is suddenly in Missouri?
did you know this site was acknowledged by google themselves on the google blog? http://www.google.com/googleblog
Yeah, Big Surf is near the Tempe/Scottsdale border, and also happens to be just north of a primary flight path into Sky Harbor, so if you’re seated on the north side of a plane taking off towards the east or landing from the east, you’ll definitely spot it. It’s also quite visible when you’re at the park itself. As I recall, they added it right after they removed the sand (and surfing) and made it a standard wave pool, like the other Phx area water parks.
hey, what’s the thing up-right of the Big Surf? is it a kartcourse?
Yeah Dan. We noticed the props from google
Yes, it’s a miniature race course. Used to be called Malibu USA or somesuch, but I believe the name has changed in recent years.
thats not the old-school pepsi logo. the old-school pepsi logo is much cooler.
