There are two types of folks who fly from there, the hang glider type ones you can see in the picture, and the parachute type ones you can see in my Flickr post above. The one casting the shadow is the parachute type, but the guy is certainly on the ground...his parachute is just in the air. He was probably either getting ready to go flying or getting ready to pack it in. katheudo,
