The bridge opens for boat traffic on the hour and is open for about 15 minutes, so I would estimate that the picture was taken at about 10 after. The other way onto the island is on the car ferry MS Chi Cheemaun, which travels between South Baymouth on the island and Tobermory on the Bruce Pennisula.
