It is nothing! Really! First of all the pic is simply damaged. And at a closer look you can see that the colors and shapes of nearly each street or field are inverted…

Same used in “cold war” with all the ice and etc etc russia and if it was (processing) error or photo glitch theywouldn’t let it go through this only can happen when a “pc wiz” “hacker” manages to get in the file were the pic is stored and modefying it wih out google notecing it “google isn’t goverment property i’s just a well sucsefull company and they have their own servers” and then they update the pic and they see that they imedeatly think it’s something funny and they dont feel like looking in to it more and maybe in 1 year or 2 they will update the pic and it won’t have the pic enymore.

It is obviously the dinosaurs! The dinosaurs were able to evolve enough after being on this world for some millions of years. They blasted off and have been conducting research on us by hacking into the matrix. They just happened to have lifted off part of the continental crust and forgot to put it back before the plane/sat flew over to take a picture.
The imaging is detailed aerial photography, but the photographs taken were probably stretched and rotated to make the images fit the curvilinear (north-south, east-west) tiles the map software uses. Some of the smears in the lake are not precisely NS/EW aligned, so this suggests that the pheomenon is not a postproduction effect: it was visible to the camera. Plane paths are usually NS/EW so that registration (the process of aligning the image) is simpler. Photos aren’t normally taken vertically though as sometimes stereoscopic analysis is desired.
To explain the colour smears as crystalline interference on a frozen lake, you would have to show how to get enormous crystals of rectangular lattice, that also happened to be oriented to the curvilinear axes. Ice lattice is not rectangular/cubic; it is 6-sided (viz snowflakes), and it is hardly magnetic.
The other explanation is that a digital camera was used, and as the lake was very shiny, with possibly wind-generate ripples, you would get intense points of light coming back. As the CCD detector in the camera is scanned by the circuitry (in three passes sometimes), the intense points of light would cause encoding artifacts appearing as smears of RGB/CMY colour. each cell on the CCD is evaluated by testing a pair of cross-wires behind the device: the cells charge up after being hit by light, and the test wires draw off the charge and measure it. If the cell is over-exposed, it can cause interference when adjacent cells are sampled. This explains the hroizontal/vertical smearing. This sounds feasible to me.
Another suggestion is reflection inside the camera showing a circuit board. CCDs/PCBs are not coloured like that. The components may be non-boringly coloured, but the tracks aren’t. Intel adverts and Tron have been prettied up.
Aliens? Clever government? Possibly: anything is explainable as being ’caused by things hidden or not yet known’. Equivalent to saying concisely ‘unknown cause’.
no no no if you go towards northern utah towards king’s peak as you zoom in if you could focus on a particular shadow on this pointer 40*48′01.60″ N 110*18′21.27″ just zoom in and turn up the contrast. Like i had posted before this here is the proof what you wall need, the shadow has the same look as the lake only the lake is much more detailed and you see the artifacts that are also on this particular shadow but less detailed. I could go on and on explaining it to you all but we are all smart we can all read between the lines, if i read another discussion after this post with people still wondering just dont follow their stupidity.

Ok, take a screenshot of the image, then paste it in photoshop. Now, you need to create a new adjustment layer, set it to brightness and contrast. Brightness 80 and contrast to 40. Press ok. Go to new adjusment layer choose hue and saturation, boost the sauturation to 80 and the hue to 20. Press ok. Then you create a new adjumsnt layer, select curves. Click the line in the middle to make a new point. Then in the input box put 190, in the output put 100.
Now it will become clear to you what the lake hides…Enjoy!!

LOL at all thoes people that think a camera digital or otherwise can see into its self and reveal circuitry… plus if you were seeing a reflection from the water or ice you would not see the insides but rather the whole of the air plane (or satalite… but its not one).
This thing you are seeing is part of a global defence network set up thousands of years ago by the Anunnaki. The only reason why you can see it now is because it had recently been deployed to destroy an incoming meteor large enough to cause a lot of damage.
Other anomolys like the thing at 38′59′15.93N 49′03′59W is just the government using a monopole to hide what they are doing. This affects the path of light which causes the blackened out area and the rainbow affect around the outside of it.
