All it is is a damn trailer park. Check the <a href="http://www.birchbayleisurepark.com/property_listings.html" rel="nofollow">listings</a>...these are no <a href="http://www.winnebagoind.com/html/products/recVehicles/recVehicles.html" rel="nofollow">Winnebago's</a> It’s certainly not an “RV” park, not sure why they call it that themselves! All it is is a damn trailer park.

It is designed so that you can get to any of those pods on the roads aroudn them. Also, if you switch to map view there are no labeled streets through there, so i doubt it is a trailer park. Also, an RV park would be designed so that it's relatively easy to move the vehicles in and out, and that doesn't seem to be the case here.
