Eiffel Tower, Paris
The Eiffel Tower needs no introduction as we’ve all seen it a thousand times in pictures, movies and TV. The odd angle of this aerial photo makes the tower seem sideways and upside down but you can’t miss the great shadow.

gimpsta is that the Arc de Triomphe ?
Yeah i couldn’t remember what it was called. Thanks.
I have been to the Tower and you should see it at night. It is truely amazing.
Just south-East of the tower, you can see the Field of Mars witch is the big park leading to the Military Academy.

Maybe not upside down, but that is an awesome curve in the structure.
Follow the axis from the Arc de Triomphe right out of the city, and you reach the modern arch at La Defense: Placemark: Google Maps / Google Earth
Then draw a straight line between La Defense arch and the Eiffel Tower, and keep going, and you reach the Tour Montparnasse, the only skyscraper in Paris (not a clear enough picture to post as a separate place!)

And if you go South-East side to suburbs, you will find The Versailles Palace with its garden, and the Grand Canal.
