Actually, if my memory serves me correctly it’s a sort of “public park”. I know because I used to spend endless hours of my childhood there.

If you go up and down the coast you’ll find all sorts of cool stuff. Very pleasent to take walks down the seafront there (weather permitting of course).

There are some great sites along the coast of Kuwait City. No wonder Sadam invaded, that place looks awesome.
