Tim
The numpty is an exotic beast that is a hybrid between a numbskull and the less common Humpty Dumpty. Both creatures share the unique characteristic of having no brain so its common for them to mate. The offspring are understanably born with no brain and often find work as professional footballers, doormen, baggage handlers and leaders of the Free World.
