The best report I`ve ever read about stands in the Australian Magzine NEXUS (now also in german, the first edition in Nov/Dec.2005.) If its true, the asteroid was defeated by hidden ancient defense-plasmacanons in the woods around the middlepoint of the explosion, built by an civilization older than the great flood...
