Looking at it in bird's eye view here you can see that there are certainly a lot of black cars about. Of course ... that doesn't mean it's Bill's or Hillary's house.

Being from Northern Ireland we know a thing or two about heavily fortified homes and whether or not this is indeed Bill Clinton’s residence, one thing is certain, it would appear to have heavy fortifications, the permeter fence being the most obvious, look at the property in comparrison to the neighbouring ones. A small structure can be seen to the rear beside the white vehicle and I would guess there would be another at the gate under the trees, these would be sangars, or guard houses. This is most likely the home of the former President.
