This is part of the St.Louis City Museum
The bus hangs off the roof, but I think its gone now. The city museum recently acquired the worlds largest pencil. And the gerbil cage thing is called MonstroCity, its a scrap metal welded play structure. Go to the City Museum website to check it out. Make sure you stop by if you ever travel through St.Louis!

The aircraft aren't actually on the roof, but are incorporated into a outdoor structure (must be around 50 feet tall) which is sort of like a gerbil cage for humans. You can climb inside them, flip switches and things.
