The green feet is the symbol for the Sikorsky HH-3E Rescue Helicopter, affectionately known as the "Jolly Green Giant" to it's crew members. The big green feet a symbol for the "Jolly Greens." Not sure why they call them Jolly Greens though. Some of the pilots and flight crew have the Green Giant on one of there arm patches.
