The kite at the north end is team “No Limit”’s Bert. You can see it here (with Earnie): . Towards the southern end these are mostly giant inflatable Peter Lynn kites: I think I can make out the octopus, a yellow Penguin and maybe a ray.

Is that a giant Homer Simpson kite at the northern end? Actually, kite is probably the wrong word- its more of a windsock that they attach to the kite’s string. Still very cool.
