Ralph Good news for me they have found my parcel now en-route for depot.I would call Customs first 02476212860 they will tell you if your parcel has been cleared by them and when and if charges were applied,you will hafe to persivere waiting to get a connection as they are very busy but eventually you will get through.If they tell you it was cleared days ago then you need to call PARCELFORCE MANAGING DIRECTORS OFFICE 01908687249 and ask them to try and help find this parcel it helps if can give them some indication of the size of parcel and contents hope this helps best of look

Phil - what number did you call? My parcel has been stuck at AWAITING CUSTOMS CHARGING since 25th November. So I called 01924294283 yesterday and they told me that they have a massive backlog since the 22nd, and they are hoping to clear it this weekend.

But if yours was released and lost, then I want to chase them again to make sure it hasn't also happened to mine.

PARCELFORCE STINKS LEFT CUSTOMS 1st Dec no tracking update according to that it is still waiting custom charges but customs inforned me it was released the istDec,PARCELFORCE dont know where the parcel is,they are now suppose to be looking for it at the International Hub.

Yes, my parcel has been there since the 24th November. The parcels are there waiting to see if we have to pay a charge on them. When this happens with the Post Office they charge 15/20% of the value of whats in the parcel plus £8 handling fee. Unsure if its the same with Parcelforce (tried to contact them but after ten minutes of being asked to press 1, press 2, press 1) I hung up. I do know they will send a letter advising of how much you have to pay, you can then pay on line and the parcel is delivered. I am put out because my parcel is a pair of UGG boots which i paid full price for from (what i thought) was the genuine UGG website. Hope this helps, goodluck hope both yours and my own parcel arrive soon.

Wow got it this morning the guy i delt with in Chine put sample on the item because it was just that 3 samplws and it got through ok with no charges Andy

Hi My parcel arrived in the UK damaged with just a little gash and its been there since monday. today is thursday and no one never looked at my parcel i need this parcel s it got allmy stuff formy wedding and i am leaving on tuesday for st lucia very early. I was told my package was at the international hub…..an someone please tell me there contact number please…………..

My wedding is going to be messed up because of parcels and late attention to me parcels………….sniff sniff

Yours is the same as mine i think? And it was pretty quick after it gets to the depot. On the first page it comes to when you put in the tracking number it will prob give you an expected delivery date too. Hope this helps
