		<description>Those prices are relitively cheap from what I expected, a little under $2000US for 3.3 square meters/35 square feet, seeing as land is scarce on an island. Not to mention the over population of japan. I mean hell here in California, near my house, you have plots of land not all that large going for $300,000US+. In hawaii its way worse, my grandma's house is like a 3/4 a million and its literally a shack on a tiny sliver of land.</description>
