I'd say it's probubly of the Ocean Kayak Drifter/Prowler variety used most frequently for Fishing. Thats exactly what my 2005 Ranger looks like from way up there with a Kayak in the bed hanging off the back and bed cover pulled over. Also you can tell it's a Truck by comparing the shape of the shadow. You can odviously disprove Rocketry pretty easily, no smoke trail, no exaust distortion and so forth.
