I think the prize goes to Barcelona’s Torre Agbar, 142 metre (465 feet). It realy spiced the skyline of Barcelona.

Anyway, it floors me that this is at an amusement park. More evidence that the rest of the world is a lot less prudish than America. Not that I’m encouraging the construction of penises at Six Flags… I’m just saying. On a related note: My local town wanted to "erect" this monument. There was quite a bit of fuzz about and they decided to put it up for one weekend to see how people reacted. It's not there right now so I think they called the whole thing off.
