That 'eat trout' place is, or was, a night club. In fact it's been about a million different unsuccessful night clubs. It's a pretty crappy area.. stuck between a thrift store on the right and a national guard place on the left.

Yep, there's a mix-up in the post between Zealand (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zealand), Denmark's largest island (excluding Greenland), where the sight is located, and Zeeland or Zealand (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeeland), a province of the Netherlands (http://googlesightseeing.com/maps?p=&c=&t=k&hl=en&ll=51.648703,4.070435&z=9).

PS: The Dutch word for 'peas' is 'erwten'.

"Dutch for peas if you hadn’t guessed"
No, I hadn't guessed that. But then, who'd have guessed that Holland is the capital of Copenhagen, right?

I live very close to one of the pictures. "Ærter" is not Dutch, but Danish. It is a hill, that is clearly visible from the street, and they usually sell something on the top of the hill, so the idea is, that you would normally drive off the street to buy what they write on the field. They don't always sell peas, sometimes they write Apples ("Æbler").
