Mystery Crop-Circle Face

Tuesday, 27th November 2007 by Alex

Back in 2005 we had tons of fun trying to work out whose face could be seen in this Peruvian sand dune.

So who wants to hazard a guess as to who some amateur crop-circle makers were trying to draw, when they created this very suspicious-looking face in a field in Germany?

Thanks to Marius.

You’re looking at it upside down. It’s a buff rabbit with large testicles and no legs.

I think they could well have been fans of the 1970s art programme for kids - Vision On.

By the way, in the first link, it’s ” this Peruvian sand dune ”, not ” this Perivan sand dune ”

I’ll go with the lop eared big balled rabbit theory.

Ben, Great find! it inspired me to have a look around the local area and although it seems like a hot day and there are a few more pools which seem to have people in nothing as clear as yours. I did however come across this which looks like a fire engine holding up the world’s largest handkerchief

There is a second, not so impressive crop face to the right of the “rabbit” looking one.
Maybe the worlds largest text smiley?

They were just goofing off, just like #6 said. The shape is really poorly defined (regardless of what was mean, which I doubt was anything at all), especially considering the shape is so small. Obviously not done with any instruments, like any self-respecting crop-circle hoaxer would have.

You’re all wrong, it is (without a doubt of a shadow) the face from the original space hopper.
