As Carlo mentioned, this is the Megatobogán (mega slide) at Piscilago park. One channel, 514 mts in length and 3 mts wide, 27 turns, three tunnels, 8000 gallons of water per minute (HO2/m) which thrust floaters and double donuts for 1 or 2 pax at a time, approx trip time is from 90 to 120 seconds.

Piscilago park is located 105 Km SW from Bogotá, with an average temperature of 28°C (82°F). The park, which has a number of mechanical and water rides and attractions, as well as a zoo, can handle over 10.000 visitors per day.

There seems to be something to the land of swimming pools. Looking at the nearby town, the number of pools compares to Orange County in Southern California.

Jet propulsion?
A big elastic band at the top?
Skin tight all-over body suit?

All 4?

Must be a long, boring, dripping walk back to the starting point - but looks as though there's no big above ground ramp so must be a sloped terrain. Anyone want to comment on their preferred method for getting really fast?
