I am also skeptical. Would be odd to have everyone IN the pool at the same time. Doesn't appear to be anyone on the pool deck or sitting on the furniture. R. the imagery isn't clear enough to say definitively that there are people in or around the pool, although you can see the patio between the slide and the diving board is wet.
