Almost looks like the flag part of the key is a handicap symbol painted in the parking space. But, there isn’t any yellow hatched area for handicap entrance and exit into vehicles.

I don’t know what it is, but i don’t think it’s a parking barrier. It’s too big, and there is no fence or anything near it. You could just drive around it. And if it’s a cherrypicker, it’s not attached to a truck.

Next to a construction site, it could be anything. A big pipe next to some boxes…

It may not still be there, but i think we need someone to go see it in person.

I would agree with the fist thought, a cherrypicker. Since it looks like the building is under construction, with the excavator, and the boom truck sitting next to it, with the support legs extended.

Yeah, I’d have to agree that the second one is a parking-lot (carpark) ticket-booth-plus-gate. You can see that the long part, the gate, doesn’t quite line up with the object at the bottom; different color, different position, etc..

The second ‘key’ looks as though it could be a fully extended ‘cherry picker’.

In the Live Search view, after one rotation clockwise, you can see a bear looking in the window of the building. He’s about three stories tall. He’s not so good in Street View
