This house is also in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Alabama, Shoal Creek which has a interesting history as you can see here http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9D0CE5D6173CF937A25752C0A967958260&sec=&spon=&pagewanted=all It is a nice neighborhood and a little off the beaten path of Birmingham but I know I can't afford any house in that neighborhood. There's always $bignum of bedrooms. Who the hell needs those? If I'd plan something like that, there'd be multipurpose rooms to be actually used for something useful. A Library.
