		<description>I have a friend who&#039;s neighborhood backs up to this property, you can&#039;t see in google maps because the picture is not update but there is a neighborhood of smaller houses right next to this one. 

This house is also in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Alabama, Shoal Creek which has a interesting history as you can see here http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9D0CE5D6173CF937A25752C0A967958260&amp;sec=&amp;spon=&amp;pagewanted=all

It is a nice neighborhood and a little off the beaten path of Birmingham but I know I can&#039;t afford any house in that neighborhood.</description>

If I&#039;d plan something like that, there&#039;d be multipurpose rooms to be actually used for something useful. A Library. But not multiple dozens of bedrooms.</description>
