No people in the streets. No cars. Very few, standardised yellow busses. Huge highway systems. 		<description>Not really missing (since he has been confirmed dead) but fitting in nicely is the former First Secretary of the Turkmen Communist Party and the first President of Turkmenistan, Saparmyrat Ataýewiç Nyýazow, a.k.a. Türkmenbaşy (I copied &amp; pasted that). In good communist megalomaniac tradition, he restyled the capital Aşgabat into his personal monument.
