“Andrea möchtest du mich …” translates to “Andrea do you want me?” I’m German that’s how i know . Sorry no other words missing.

That doesn’t look like a cloud at all on the German beach. And besides, there is no space for the word “heiraten” (or any alternative).

I think the correct interpretation is: “Andrea möchtest du mich ♥” meaning “Andrea would you like to ♥ me?”

Now let’s see if those hearts come through…

I was at the San Bruno, CA City Hall last month and a woman in the Building Department had a street map of the heart shaped street posted at her cubicle.

Scroll over to the east a bit beyond the highway and you will see San Francisco International Airport.
