This is the University of Georgia’s football stadium, Sanford Stadium. The resolution isn’t clear enough to see what’s going on, but all that red coloring in the stands means there are people there watching. It’s a bit easier to see in GE. Since the stands aren’t full, and the only thing the stadium is used for is football games (and Olympics events), I wonder if it’s the “G-Day Game” (a spring game played by the team against itself).
