Cool. I submitted this one too! Pretty cool veiw I think. It’s an impressive building to stand below. It’s worth the bother of seeing for real 😉
Great site!
Very nice picture. I was looking for it, but you found it first. The shadow is excellent.
Really good picture. The Tower is really worth going to and the views from the Restaurant and the highest level above that are amazing in good weather! Looks like the Skydome (or Rogers Centre) has it’s roof closed which is a pity.
There’s one spot in the CN Tower’s observation deck where you can stand on a glass floor and look straight down, which is really, really freaky.
Just to the east of the tower is a semi-circular looking thing, which is the Metro Toronto Convention Center, a huge, largely underground complex. Moving a little further east, the big white rectangle just south of the rail yards is the Air Canada Centre, home of the Maple Leafs and Raptors.
pudge, the semi-circular building is the old railway roundhouse which has now been converted to the Steamwhistle brewery. the convention centre is north of the cn tower, with the yellowish stained roof. it is opposite the cbc building that was designed with the help of philip johnson.
Realy great it is , there I can see the half-circle building ,but I don’t know what it is ,I’m from china ,and I hope this comment can be seen by all of you, and wish you could tell me more about the beautiful things there ! This is my Email:[email protected] You can communicate with me Merry Chrismase
If I was up there I would definitly be kind of scared. I love the pics. of the view looking down from the top, glass floor.
I am dfinitly going to Canada sometime
I went to Toronto in 2000 and got a lot of photos of the tower: http://www.nadadventist.org/gcsession/7-5_snaps/cntower/cntower.html
Scroll down a bit and you’ll see the shot of my feet, standing on the glass floor!
