Bermuda

Out in the Atlantic Ocean is a small patch of high-res photos where you'll find the island of Bermuda, an internally self-governing island overseas territory of the United Kingdom. Reader Patrick pointed out a Cruise Liner docked to the East of the island and Bill Beaty noticed a "wave-radiating aperture" for all you physicists.
Note also at the airport an airplane is JUST finishing crossing the threshold about to land. A Rare moment to be caught indeed!
Ironically, I was looking at this a few weeks back as I was just in Bermuda for vacation. The town that the ocean liner is in is Hamilton, Bermuda although the biggest ships land over at Dock Yard (here: View Placemark). It’s a really nice island with spectacular views.
I’m quite surprised by the level of detail around some parts of Bermuda. Its quite relaxing to zoom in and scroll around. I spent an hour determined to find a shark or whale but without success! lol
The western shots were taken post Hurricane Fabian Sept. 2003 In the southwest corner right on the water in the shape of a boomerang is the demolished Sonesta Beach Hotel.(Coutesy of Hurricane Fabian)
Is the Bimini Road visable?
Not sure what im doing cos this is my first post, so i hope it works!!! looking at the bermuda pics and found this:
