This is the port of Tripoli in Libya, which appears to have a leaky tanker or two... Yuk!

They may be passenger ships, you can see the lifeboats alongside the decks, but one is still leaking oil. If you zoom in a bit, you can see the rainbow effect of the oil on the water.
