Operation Human Shield

It seems that Trey Parker and Matt Stone may have been more accurate with their parody of the US military in the South Park movie than they probably intended. Terrifyingly, here in Iraq, Google Earth has uncovered that the US military might really have an Operation Human Shield.

given that this is an industrial, vice military, complex, i doubt that this writing has anything to do with the US military…..some possible explanations include a bad joke, or maybe a reference to when Saddam was in power and he used human shields to “protect” oil complexes such as this one….

Not sure what it is, but the quality of this website is really starting to go downhill. I suspect it might be that Alex and James just have other things of more importance to do with their time. The submissions lately are really of a very poor quality. My 2 cents.

I’ve gotta disagree with Patrick, the posts recently have been the best for months – have you forgotten the topless sunbather, the squished bug and the illegal aliens? Best. Sights. Ever. Famous Landmarks are boooooring. lol
Garh! Quality can vary but overall the site is bloody brilliant, and you have to remember theres often not a lot of money in these kind of things, so not top priority.
But a suggestions forum would be cool! 😀
Operation Human sheild was a bunch of tree huging morons who were going to go “talk” to Iraq and stop the war. After a few of them were kidnapped and killed their numbers dropped and they all found another cause.

It may well be them. The facility is the Al-Dora oil refinery in Baghdad – I found it while being given a virtual tour of the city by a friend who spent time there with the US army.
did you guys see the airport to the left … somewheres around there lol… anyway the landing strip is packed full of black helicopters plus those big huge helicopters that carry tanks what not.. the whole airport is filled. a crazy sight
And im not talking about the airport real close to the human shield sign.. that one only shows a few jets.. the other airport shows tons of helis tons of them…
If this helps its the same airport they had blockades all along the strips to prevent planes from taking off.
Not liek in lebanon where they bombed the strips.
Ok heres an explanation on how to find it…
when your looking at human shields building .. zoom out about half way.
until you see three (lakes? ponds? english isnt good.) bodies of water.
Two are huge witha little one in between both.
The little one is where you want to look.
zoom in on the little one. towards the top right of the Body of water.
Once your about 1 third the way in youll start to see an airport appear.. thats the one
Zoom in on the strip closest to the buildings. all the way up and down that strip is helicopters. and more are parked in the parking lot.. 😛
lots of craters bunkers trucks.. tons of stuff in that whole area…
