Guest Post: Twelve Mile Circle
Monday, 22nd November 2010 by James Turnbull
Today we feature another in a series of special guest posts from geography bloggers, this time from Tom Howder who is responsible for Twelve Mile Circle.
Tom has dedicated his site to the many unusual places on the map that just don't seem to make sense, including many that he's visited personally. His wife and kids somehow indulge him even when he diverts family trips far out of the way to visit state highpoints, latitude/longitude confluences, ferry routes and county-counting expeditions. He also has a lifelong quest to visit every brewery and brewpub in the United States.
If you’re an aspiring geo-blogger - and you’d like to be considered for a guest spot here on Google Sightseeing - then send us a link to your site and we’ll be in touch with the most interesting writers!
