To the west you can see Mud Island and to the southwest you can see the footbridge used to cross over to Mud Island (to gain easier access to Mud Island Amphitheatre) where Tom Cruise tries to escape from the Nordic Man in the movie The Firm.

  2. Winston Baccus says:

Actually the Grizzlies don’t play there. Not much happens there anymore. The Grizzlies play in the FedEx Forum, a couple of miles away.

  3. Mark McKee says:

The Memphis City Government is trying to decide what to do with the empty Pyramid ,aka, ” Tomb of Doom ” . Any suggestions from the WWW ?

  4. Heath Reynolds says:

The Pyramid served as the home of the University of Memphis mens basketball team, the Tigers, from 1991 until 2004 when they moved to the FedexForum. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies played 3 seasons there from 2002 until 2004 when the Forum was finished.
