couldn’t find a roundabout to the west, but there is an odd one just to the south east / Google Earth.

In some parts of the US, roundabouts are called “rotaries”, which would make this a Rotary rotary.
I prefer stupid traffic device that causes more accidents then it prevents

Amazing course that’s always action packed. Unfortunatly it has claimed lives before, the most notable being Ayrton Senna.

it’s a small town near Sao Paulo, called Paulinia
Senna died at the San Marino grand prix, which is actually held in Imola, Italy. Despite my best efforts I haven’t been able to find that track on Google maps.
However, today I found the Hungaroring, site of the upcomming Grand Prix of Hungary:

There is an irony here that is lost on anyone who does not locally refer to traffic circles as “rotaries”. (New England does, see this dialect survey for others.)

In Brasil you can see lots of Rotary clubs I even stayed in a Rotary hotel once and a club also
