Wow, that’s rather pretty looking from up here… makes you wonder if GoogleMaps got the colors right.
What is “Op-Art”? And does anyone know of any ground-level shots of this building?

Op-Art is “a term used to described certain paintings made primarily in the 1960s which exploit the fallibilty of the eye through the use of optical illusions.”

Checkout also the really cool freeway/motorway that runs out from the city – the engineers obviously had a minimum number of bridges and tunnels to build in order to break some record!
