More Crop Circles

Monday, 20th February 2006 by Alex

More crop-circles have been found! This time half-way between Leeds and Sheffield, person or beings unknown have decided to create a rather complex star-shaped impression in these crops. Why here? Well, it’s right next to the M1 motorway of course! I imagine even aliens want the most “bang for their buck”.

Our aliens have also had a go at a random collection of (not very circular) circles, and er, a giant bone? At least I hope that’s what they were trying to draw…

Update: Jeff from the comments points us slightly north-west to see yet another crop circle, this time a slightly faded, pentagram-shaped one.

Thanks to Michael.

    Now, if you could just find the Cerna Abbas “Giant” in Dorset, England, you would have a whole new theme going here.

    It should be in the middle of this image, but unfortunately there are no high-res images for this area so you can’t see it at all.

    You can see where it should be by comparing the Multimap image:

    many farmers say that non-hoaxed circles show a ghost image the following year even if ploughed and replanted.
    it seems some farmers find it easier to leave the circle a season or two for fear of wasting seed (or breeding contaminated crops?)
    as for the non-circular shape: those are most easily hoaxed - probably by a bunch of students calling themselves the “Midnight Dickheads”
    lol

    Has anyone noticed that near the faded pentagram there is a very faded image of what looks like and armadillo or something? Placemark: Google Maps / Google Earth.

    In crop fields of South England, located over chalky stratum, instantaneous mass transfer between atmosphere and monolith of the chalk draw of the CROP CIRCLES.
    Instantaneous mass transfer between atmosphere and monolith of the chalk appear when the rift in monolith of the chalk instantaneously be forming.
    The instantaneous forming the rift in monolith of the chalk occurs, when the tension in monolith
    increases in connection with:
    Changing of the level underground water;
    Changing of the temperature of the monolith;
    Other phenomenas.
    The instantaneous forming the rift is accompanied by the electromagnetic radiation.
