Please note that some or all of the objects mentioned in this post are no longer visible on Google Earth or Google Maps.

It doesn’t get much nerdier than this: a Giant Pac-Man, complete with dots for him to eat, makes the ultimate crop circle.

We’re actually quite familiar with Pac-Man here at GGSS towers having seen him before in field irrigation and last year we took time off our busy schedules to create a Snow Pac-Man Level.

Even if you’re also familiar with Pac, I’d suggest a quick read of “Ghosts Vs. Monsters” on the Wikipedia page, hilarious!

Thanks: Justin Flavin

I’m glad the Ghost vs Monster debate is out there in the open. It has often troubled me and have often had internal discourse over it.
Can we get the UN involved in settling this?
And who said the internet was full of triviality?

Wow. By comparing the time it would have taken the first images of Pac-Man to reach another planet and this image to come back, we can probably figure out how far it is to the nearest intelligent life. Maybe in twenty-five years we’ll be seeing crop circles involving Grand Theft Auto, though when that happens we know the self-destruction of their planet is only a few short years away… Ha ha!
