Giant Carnival Guy

Tuesday, 21st November 2006 by James

There’s a 145ft tall giant man taking a nap just to the North of Milwaukee Mile NASCAR track.

I wonder if any of the carnival-goers have noticed?

Thanks: Mike Pegg

That is Wisconsin’s State Fair Park. That picture was actually taken during last year’s state fair. That guy was pretty cool, you could go walk in that guy and buy stuff.

For the Halloween season this year in that same spot they had a huge pumpkin tent. I’d love to see a satellite picture of that. :)

Is it just me… or does he seem to be dressed in Bavarian national costume?

If the map were taken closer to October, you see a giant pumpkin in which Halloween costumes could be bought.

Strange, they seem to be using the racetrack for a parking lot.

They had this thing at the local mall here in Racine, Wisconsin.

Here’s a picture I found of it on the fairgrounds in Milwaukee:
