This isn’t true. The zoom on Street view doesn’t go by far that close. Try yourself.

Of course it’s true. It must be just an artifact of the way that the streetview cars take successive pictures and stitch them together.

Funny stitches happen. IRL there is a sign brasserie with 2 letters s here. On Streetview it reads braserie which looks like it is incorrectly spelled
Unlikely to be deliberate since Americans don’t use Loo to refer to a toilet
Quite obviously a stitching error; look at the double door, the right wing is more narrow.
Fun stuff, though.
